Letter Reading in the Wild
There is nothing else so beautiful, as heartfelt words spoken to your loved ones.
This letter reading session was one full of extremes. It was sunny during the set up, and it poured so hard just at the start of the shoot. But our hearts were joyful and still full, as we filmed and listened to our couple poured our their affection for each other through words.
We often get asked "What are your wet weather policies?" and many a times I want to reply "Just play in the rain." Embrace whatever the world throw at you, and turn it into a day that is yours. Conquer this mere weather change as a couple, and let us capture the moments with it. Of course, I have to put a disclaimer here, we cannot shoot in thunderstorms, maybe just a drizzle :P
The IdeaThe idea of letter reading was conceived because of all the couples who had done it for their Actual Day (see Shaun & Rebecca's Actual Day and Torsten & Diana's Actual Day) Having it as a separate video makes it a fresh twist instead of the usual childhood montage.
Dear Ben & Van,Despite the weather change, you gave full trust in us to know we will still make this session look good. We love the story of how you two went through so many stages of life together, and ultimately proving to everyone that love conquers time itself.
